Access and Source Data
You need the owner's email address for registration and access recovery messages. The store administrator needs permission to install the solution, change its settings and inspect catalogue sources. If a contractor performs the setup, agree in advance who stores secrets and who can revoke them when the work ends.
The site must be available to customers at its real address. During automatic connection from Bitrix, Anmarto checks site ownership; an unreachable domain or blocked verification page can stop account creation. The store server needs outbound HTTPS access to Anmarto, and customers' browsers need access to the loader and public widget requests. Certificates and website security rules must allow these connections.
| Prepare | Why It Is Needed |
|---|---|
| Owner's email and dashboard access | Account confirmation, settings and access recovery |
| The intended store's domain | Correct association of catalogue and keys with the site |
| Public product pages with names and addresses | Useful results and product-page navigation |
| Price, currency, availability and variants | Correct commercial information and offer selection |
| A YML/XML/JSON feed or the Bitrix module | Catalogue transfer to Anmarto |
| Current store policies | Consultant answers about delivery, payment and returns |
| A backup and staging copy, if available | Safe installation and update checks |
1C-Bitrix Requirements
abr.search requires PHP 8.1 or later. This is the installer's minimum check, not a promise of compatibility with every edition, build and third-party template. Before installation, ask the administrator to check Bitrix and PHP versions, update status and existing search customisations.
Exporting information blocks requires the information-block module to work. Commercial features depend on the catalogue structure. Standard cart addition requires the Bitrix trading catalogue and online store modules. If a price is stored in an ordinary information-block property, you can map it separately, but doing so does not create a missing cart.
Anmarto displays public data, not a personalised catalogue for a signed-in customer. Do not open a restricted dealer section to everyone just to export it. Anonymous visitor permissions are checked when preparing data; an administrator's access to an item does not mean it belongs in public search.
Pre-Connection Checklist
- Sign in to the owner's mailbox and make sure you can receive a confirmation message.
- Identify the domain and store you will connect first. Do not interchange keys between multiple sites.
- Open an ordinary product page without signing in. Choose several reference products, including a product with offers and an out-of-stock variant.
- Check stable identifiers, names, links, currency and understandable specifications. Agree on the authoritative source of prices and stock.
- For Bitrix, check PHP and the required modules. Back up the website and settings before installing or updating.
- For a feed, check that its URL returns data rather than a login form or error page. Prepare the full assortment, not a small fragment of an accidental export.
- Check connected products and catalogue limits in the dashboard. A store-side checkbox does not override the site's service restrictions.
- Allocate time for storefront checks and appoint someone to correct the source if prices, links or offers do not match.
If a Check Fails
If no email arrives, check the address and spam folder. If website protection blocks the domain, ask the administrator to inspect ownership-verification access without disabling protection for the whole site. If public product pages are missing, correct store structure and addresses first. If the cart module is missing, connect search separately and do not promise cart addition until the integration exists.
Once ready, continue with keys, Bitrix installation or the catalogue feed. The complete list of reference actions is in connection verification.
