How do I know search got better?+
Before connecting, we compare results on your queries: whether the right products are found and where the empty answers remain. After launch you can review search queries and results in the dashboard. If there is no difference, we find out why first rather than suggest switching search blindly.
What can I try right now?+
Live search on the demo catalogue on this page, and the consultant via the “Try the consultant” button. To check on your own products, leave your store address and a contact — we will prepare a review.
Will my site change after the request?+
No. We first show the result separately from your site. Installing and switching search happens after you decide to connect.
Can I connect search only?+
Yes. Pick “Search only” in the pricing block: the price and the scope of the subscription change. Consultant conversations are not billed in that option.
How are prices and stock updated?+
From your catalogue through the chosen integration. When connecting we check the source and the update schedule so that search and the consultant use the store’s current data.
Will you help with setup and migration?+
Yes. Onboarding, migration from another search and non-standard integrations are discussed separately. Scope, timing and cost are agreed before the work starts.
