What You Are Connecting

Anmarto uses information from your store to find products and answer customers' questions. Search and the consultant are separate products: you can use either or both. Installing a module or loader does not enable a product that is disabled for the site.

The owner's account provides access to the dashboard. A site within that account defines the domain, keys, catalogue and settings of a particular store. A product is a catalogue record belonging to that site, not a separate account. Offers, such as the sizes of one model, can be included in a parent product card. Consequently, the number of search cards does not necessarily equal the number of SKUs in your inventory system.

The catalogue supplies prices, availability and specifications. The knowledge base supplies delivery, payment and return policies. Instructions to the consultant cannot replace missing information in either source.

Connection Order

  1. Check the requirements, administrator access and readiness of your public catalogue.
  2. Prepare the account and keys for the correct site. A server secret must not appear in page code.
  3. For 1C-Bitrix, follow the module installation. For another platform, prepare a feed and follow embedding.
  4. Import the catalogue and check field mapping, prices and offers.
  5. Configure search and appearance. If you need the consultant, add a knowledge base and configure conversations.
  6. Complete the connection checks on desktop and mobile, including product links and the selected offer in the cart.

Recognising a Working Connection

Find a familiar product by name and article number, then compare its price and availability with the storefront. Check that its link opens your website, not an administrative page. Compare the consultant's delivery answer with your current store policy.

A successful import message confirms receipt of data, not search quality. Working search does not confirm cart, payment or notification handling. For discrepancies, start with troubleshooting; see service scope for the boundaries of connected features.
